PCard Administration Document Upload

Use the secure upload below to electronically deliver documents to PCard Administration. Utilize Adobe Sign with full routing attached when uploading document, or if utilizing an Electronic Signature this must contain date/time stamp.  

All training requirements must be completed prior to submission of Document through the upload.

Submit only one document/form per upload. Documents accepted: All PCard Administration forms, including PCard Applications and PCard Transfers. 

A valid University of Arizona email address is required for identification and follow-up purposes. You will not receive a confirmation email.
