Q. How and where do I order business cards?
A. Most Business cards and other stationery products can be ordered online through Arizona Buyways by selecting the punchout site for West Press.
Q. What can I do if all the information I need will not fit on my stationery order through Arizona Buyways?
A. You can still place a custom stationery order as long as you follow the stationery guidelines. Printing Services will need an Printing Services Billing Form with samples of the job, the cost will be more than the online version since we will be paying the vendor to typeset your order instead of creating the PDF file through Arizona Buyways.
Q. How can I tell if my order has been placed in Arizona Buyways?
A. Check under My Requisitions tab in Arizona Buyways. All of the orders that you have placed should be there.
Q. How do I make a change to an order after it has been placed through Arizona Buyways?
A. Call your approver right away and ask them to "modify" or cancel the order. If the approver has already approved the order, call Printing Services (621-9514) with the requisition number and we will try to cancel the order.
Q. Where can I find second sheets to match my letterhead?
A. You can find them in Arizona Buyways. Select the West Press punch out site and look under the Letterhead category.
Q. How do I send a 3-D memo?
A. Effective March 25, 2013, you must use the New Memo Distribution System. Click here for more info.
