Q.  How and where do I order business cards?

A.  All business cards and other stationery products can be ordered online on Arizona BuyWays (Shop Catalogs) through West Press.

Q.  What if I need to place a custom stationery order, because all the information I require cannot fit on the template available through West Press (Arizona BuyWays)?

A.  Custom stationery orders may be acceptable as long as they are in accordance with the stationery guidelines. The Printing Services team can assist in placing your custom order. Please fill out a Printing Services Billing Form and attach a sample of the item you require. Keep in mind, there are additional fees creating a custom order, due to the additional typesetting required. The West Press site pricing on Arizona BuyWays (Shop Catalogs) does not apply to custom stationery orders.

Q.  How can I tell if my order has been placed in Arizona BuyWays (Shop Catalogs)?

A.  The easiest tip to follow is to write down the document number and requisition number given in UAccess Financials. Then if you need to follow up on your order, go to doc search in UAccess Financials and search using either the document number or requisition number. Check the route log on the document to make sure the requisition has been approved.  The Arizona BuyWays (Shop Catalogs) helpline is available if you have any questions or concerns regarding an order (520) 626-8979.

Q.  It’s been two weeks since I placed by stationery order to West Press, what should I do?

A.   If you’ve been waiting for your order for more than ten (10) business days, the most common reason is that your order may be awaiting accounting lines. To find these orders in your “action list,” go to your list and look for orders where the Status is marked ENROUTE and Action Requested is APPROVE.  To add the accounting lines, click on the Document Id, which will then take you to your pending order, then scroll to the “Items” tab – (if you have multiple line items, using the “setup distribution” button is recommended). Once you fill in the “Chart,” “Account Number,” “Object Code,” and the “Percent” fields always hit the add button.  (Note:  If you are using the “setup distribution” button, you will need to click on “add,” then click on “distribute to items.”) Once the lines are added successfully, hit “calculate” which is located at the bottom of the page. The final step will be to “approve” the changed document. This will send the order  to your Fiscal Officer for final approval & the order will be processed. Q.  How do I make a change to an order after it has been placed through Arizona BuyWays (Shop Catalogs)?

A.  Changes cannot be made to orders placed through Arizona BuyWays (Shop Catalogs). If there are concerns regarding a stationery order submitted through Arizona BuyWays (Shop Catalogs), please contact Printing Services at 520-621-9514 or 520-621-7306.

Q.  Where can I find second sheets to match my letterhead?

A.  The second sheets can be found in Arizona BuyWays (Shop Catalogs) through West Press. After you click on West Press, go to Catalog of Products and then click on Stationery. You’ll find the “Blank 2nd Sheets” if you scroll down the list of available products.

Q.  If I need to send out flyers, postcards, or letters using the non-profit 190 postage permit, what do I need to do?
