Mission Statement

To review, process, support and oversee all University contracts not associated
with Purchasing, Sponsored Projects or the Office of Research and Contract Analysis
(ORCA) in a diligent and professional manner to ensure that they:

are in the University’s best interest

conform to current University Policies
-
conform to current Arizona Board of Regents Policies
-
comply with Arizona State law
while maintaining a successful working relationship with outside vendors, their
legal counsel and University departments.

Location & Business Hours |

Contracting is located in the University Services Annex Building on the 6th Floor
at the corner of 6th St. and Main. Our business hours are Monday through Friday
from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., (Closed during lunch from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.)
