To return an item purchased through the Arizona BuyWays E-Commerce system, please complete an online return authorization form. The item(s) will be picked up by Central Receiving and returned for credit to the appropriate vendor. Please return items in the original packaging. Most vendors have a 30 day return policy however technology items are usually only 14 days.
